Sabrina's passion for making a difference in people's relationship and experience with Pilates inspired Ctrl. Her personal practice began in 2022 and with 10 years of a dance background, it came to her naturally.

She spent years developing a deep sense of body awareness and felt the most in tune when moving with control. Knowing how pilates made her feel, she was eager to learn how to make others feel the same.

Years later, she got comprehensively certified in LA and has continued her education since. Sabrina finds determination in truly teaching the work. Her teaching bridges the gap of doing the movement to feeling the movement. Her hope is to leave you more connected to your body and feeling transformed inside, through, and out.

Ctrl Pilates is a portal, an intimate space that invites you to move mindfully. The home studio is bright and airy with sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio. This is a safe space to converse, break down exercises, and become more confident in your practice.

CHAIR SESSIONS

At Ctrl Pilates, sessions are curated for each individual body. We work through all planes of motion and incorporate all pilates principles. All sessions will bring you closer to a deeper meaning of movement.

Whether you are brand new or a seasoned mover, you will be met where you're at, being guided the entire way. 

  • Suitable for beginners or anyone looking for a better understanding of the traditional Pilates repertoire. During this session, you will learn the equipment and learn mind body connection. This session it’s meant to build confidence, awareness, and overall precision. 

  • Suitable for indeterminate and advanced movers. A session that builds off of existing skill and control where we refine form, progressions, and difficult exercises.
