OBSERVATION HOURThis workshop is an observation style class for teachers or teachers in training. Take notes, learn, ask questions. Expect a 50 MINUTE Class containing in depth explanation on sabrinas teaching style, how she moves the body in front of her, ADJUSTMENTS in live time, and how she SEQUENCES a group class. This is not your standard pilates class but an EDUCATIONAL experience.
